Chief Executive Officer
Ray Hennessey is Chief Executive Officer of Vocatus. An expert in financial services and reputation management, he has counseled and advised Fortune 500 and Inc 5000 CEOs and CMOs in messaging, marketing, and executive visibility.
Ray spent 25 years in news media. He was the founding Director of Business News for FOX News, where he helped lead the launch of the FOX Business Network. He was an on-air contributor to CNBC, CBS News, and FOX News. In addition, he was editorial director of Entrepreneur and SmartMoney magazines.
Previously, he was the IPO columnist for The Wall Street Journal.
Ray is the author of Beyond Sorry: How to Own Up, Make Good and Move Forward After a Crisis. He is also the author of Write Your Business Plan and hundreds of articles on entrepreneurship and free markets.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey. He has also served on the boards of the FinServ Foundation, Invest in Others Charitable Foundation, the School of Arts & Sciences at The College of New Jersey, St. Peter’s Preparatory School, and the Society of American Business Editors and Writers.
Chief Operating Officer
Christina Diabo is Chief Operating Officer at Vocatus.
A skilled media and marketing strategist, Christina manages the day-to-day work with a focus on transformational and forward-thinking strategies to attain optimal results. With experience in design and digital properties, Christina spearheads Vocatus’ marketing services.
Previously, Christina covered local and national news events as a television journalist in New York City, after working as a community news reporter for The Palm Beach Post in West Palm Beach, Fla.
As a Kahnawake Mohawk, she also works closely to help provide visibility and support to indigenous businesses.
Christina received a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism and a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Lynn University.

Bonnie Clark leads messaging and content creation. Throughout her 20-year career, Bonnie has supported a wide variety of businesses, creating and executing content programs across print and digital, both internally and externally. She specializes in working with the financial services sector and is especially passionate about partnering with mission-driven organizations focused on bringing greater opportunity to traditionally underserved communities.

Tony Kono is a veteran communications and marketing executive with experience in developing integrated, proactive media communications programs building on a previous career in financial journalism. Tony excels at developing messaging, leading teams and working with clients.
Media Strategist
Andrew Hoffman specializes in broadcast and cable media opportunities for all Vocatus clients.
Andy is an Emmy Award winning television executive with more than 25 years’ experience in cable and broadcast news. During his career, Andy helped create and launch three cable networks in three diverse content areas: Fox Business Network, Court TV and Sports News Network. In his most recent media position, Andy oversaw the creation of all live content for Yahoo Finance where he led a team of 50+ people producing 8 hours of daily live financial programming.
Previously, Andy held leadership roles at Good Morning America and CNBC. He was the control room producer during some of the biggest news events of that period, including the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the 2004 Indonesian earthquake and tsunami and Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
In addition to his television career, Andy has spent nearly a decade as a public relations consultant, focusing on media placements, executive leadership and crisis communications.
Andy is a graduate of the University of Rochester and has a Masters Degree from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
Senior Media Relations Strategist
With a strong track record in public relations and executive communications, Lisa M. Aldape is Senior Media Relations Strategist at Vocatus, where she leads campaigns and secures coverage in Barron’s, Bloomberg, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, and other top-tier outlets.
Her background spans financial services, real estate, and nonprofits. Before Vocatus, she directed media strategy for organizations including Affinity Federal Credit Union and The Community Preservation Corp., helping senior leaders shape narratives and navigate complex industry conversations.
A University of the Pacific English graduate, Lisa is known for her strategic focus, media relationships, and storytelling expertise.
Media Relations Strategist
Peter Page has decades of experience in journalism, storytelling, and digital transformation. Following years as a print journalist, Peter helped build contributor programs for major magazines and websites.
Peter has led media strategy for a diverse range of clients, specializing in consumer technology, fintech, and wealth management.
Peter is a graduate of Sonoma State University.
Chief Barketing Officer
Rolex is the Chief Barketing Officer of Vocatus, ensuring that the office adheres to his schedule with precision.
At any given time, Rolex can make himself known during an internal meeting, either by barking at a shadow or jumping on Ray’s lap.
Rolex got his name because Ray “always wanted a watch dog.” Rolex does not find this funny.
At some point, he plans to have all Vocatus employees (and some of his favorite clients) professionally trained.
